Hello!
This in a horrible custom.
My aunt Celine told me that the people in France love cats. But when the summer starts, it`s common to leave them next to the road.

Did You Know That:
Men in Russia will always shake hands (or at least offer a wrist if a hand is dirty, wet or otherwise unavailable) when they greet for the first time during the day. However, it is taboo to shake hands with your gloves on. A glove must be removed, no matter how cold it may be. Russia is one of the many countries where this handshake tradition is rigorously upheld.

In one occasion, I had the opportunity to go to Greece, and I had a lot of problems trying to communicate with the Greek people, one reason was that in this country the English is spoken for few people, but the principal reason was that in that country , if you want to say “yes” without speak you must move your head like if you was saying “no” in Mexico, and vice versa if you want to say “no”, you must move you head like if you was saying “yes” in Mexico. Other problem is that if you greet someone extending all the fingers of your hand and showing the palm, they will think that you are insulting them.

I really love to know customs and cultural diferences among countries.

I knew in India, as almost all of you know, cows are holy so if people see a cow they must wave to it.

Seems to me fun.

I think this is an horrible tradition that I read some time ago in a magazine. In Japan women still walking behind her husbands, and have to carry the suitcase.
