Sometimes it’s necessary to take a picture in the moment when the fish is about to be caught. In this case I can see a fisherman on the right side and in his left hand has a medium – size fish.
The background is also great!! Big buildings around a freezing lake, it’s a perfect place for fishing. I like this picture because it’s interesting to imagine why he took it. Perhaps, it’s his first fish or wins a competition, wherever I think that’s an excellent cheaper souvenir!!

it´s a great picture!

I chose this picture because I like fishing a lot, although I seldom have time to do it and I liked the landscape of the photo too(it´s fantastic!). When I look the picture I could see a man who was unhappy perhaps because he caught a small fish and I think this is not what he was expecting. Besides the fisherman looked a little worried, perhaps he has a big family and the fish he caught is not enough for dinner.

Hi everybody!

Well, I decided to choose the fisherman, I mean this photo reminds me of the sea and all the wonderful and extraordinary life that exists in it.
I don't know what the correct name for the fish in the photo is, but it also makes me think of the thousand of fishes that swim from one side to another.
I'm not sure about what the place behind the fisher man is, but I think it could be the coastal Canada or may be the north of Europe, Russia, Norway, Sweden...

Thanx

Jessica :)

The photo is about a fisherman who caught a small fish and he does not look very happy, maybe there were not many big fishes in the sea and he expected to catch a bigger one. I think that he is worried because he might have had a monetary loss; because it is a bad season for fishing.

Water is an important fact in the photo, which means how great the ocean is. The fisherman seems satisficed for his fish and it could mean that he's discoreved one of the millions of secrets of the sea, just one.
At first I didn't like it, but if you watch very clearly, the photo can tell you more than what you see. There's plenty of meanings for the photo, specially what the sea means: it's more then mere water. The sea is life, is love, is death and what the fisherman is doing is trying to find a chance of life. So many fish there in the sea and by now, he got one.

Pictures of you!!!
This photo gives me the impression that the fisherman has just caught a fish. I like this photo because it shows how proud the fisherman was when he caught the fish. I can totally identify my self with this picture since I know what it feels like to achieve something.

The photo focuses on a man doing his activity: the fishing. The fisherman’s face looks satisfied and happy, because he has caught a fish. Thus, he and his family can eat. I think that this image is or could be a re-appraisal of work, not the word ‘work’ in abstract, but work as an activity that changes reality. In this context, the appraisal goes beyond the activity, because it is a man who makes the transformation possible, a specific man, in this case a fisherman. So with this photo it was inevitable for me not to think about to Marx.

When I saw this photo I got happy and proud, besies the beautiful nature in the background, I saw a man who spent a long time trying to cathc a fish and at the end he got it; a big fish; and he´s showing it.

For me the photo explains satisfaction after hard work.

I like it because is about something challenging.

This photo makes me feel something like pride beyoind weather and th long wait, se got a big fish, and his pleased.
